Meet The Team
Philip Peredo
Philip Peredo is a Managing Director of Millenia Ventures – a Las Vegas-based capital advisory firm. Millenia specializes in early stage capital raising, proper due diligence execution, lower middle market mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings. Mr. Peredo started his finance career as a wealth advisor with Merrill Lynch and has worked with Boustead Securities, Sutter Securities, GT Securities, and currently, Finalis Securities. Philip is also an entrepreneur in the hospitality, entertainment and fintech industries with prior and current ownerships in comedy clubs, a restaurant, catering service, business process outsourcing and procurement firms. Phil started his career after undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland and graduate work at Harvard University in the area of government and politics with stints as a White House Intern, Peace Corps Volunteer, Congressional staffer, and New Jersey political operative and candidate.
Walker Hays
Walker Hays has worked for many Fortune 100 companies including Merrill Lynch, Met Life, and T Rowe Price. She is committed to bringing out the best in clients and showcasing the essence of their brands to strategically chosen investors. She’s traveled the world but is now a proud resident of Atlanta and baker of a mean peach pie.
Laura Duong
Laura Duong is the Blockchain and Crypto Investor Specialist for Millenia Ventures in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She is a graduate of Villanova University with a B.S. in Business Administration. Her career spans Information Technology, Finance and Biotech. Laura worked as a Consultant and Business Development Manager at Deloitte Consulting, JP Morgan Chase and the world’s largest biotech company – Amgen. She is the author of the Amazon Bestseller – Blockchain for Humanity.
Dr. Soumyadipta Das
Dr. Soumyadipta Das is the head of investor outreach for Millenia Ventures. Dr. Das and the Millenia Ventures operations team ensure that Millenia’s investor base is properly served and continues to grow daily. Soumyadipta does this with his encyclopedic knowledge of digital marketing applications and their highest and best use for investor relations. MV team members include experts in LinkedIn, CRM systems, email strategy, social media, clickfunnels, and paid ad outreach.

Bijaya Dutta is a highly skilled business strategist and copywriter. With a passion for helping entrepreneurs thrive, Bijaya specializes in creating captivating copy for investor outreach, engaging website content, compelling social media content, and effective email management. Bijaya also excels in assisting clients in their journey toward business growth and scalability through automation.
SK ISHAN
Ishan is a highly skilled professional in digital marketing, systems, and web development. Ishan creates tailored marketing campaigns to generate targeted investor traffic. He optimizes workflows and improves efficiency by implementing CRM systems, project management tools, and other software solutions aligned with his clients’ goals. Ishan is an integration Specialist, proficient in connecting different software applications and systems.
Jack Spear
Jack comes to us from a 26-year career with the Federal Government, retiring as a senior executive from NASA. His positions included managing teams, developing procedures and processes, counseling and advising staff. Prior to Jack’s Federal Service he worked in the retail business as a corporate executive with a large retail chain. Aviation has always been of love of Jack’s. He is a pilot and an instructor. He founded and ran a successful aviation ground school company. For several years he a commissioner on the County Aviation Board/Aviation Land use Commission. Jack was a Reserve Sheriff’s Deputy where he served as Commander of the Sheriff’s Aviation Unit. Jack brings a vast knowledge and experience, we are excited for him offer counsel and advice and to guide us in team building.
Client Criteria
Millenia Ventures requires the following criteria for all early-stage companies.
- Founder must have at least one exit or be a national expert in their field.
- All due diligence must be completed with a virtual data room. A review of business finance documents will be completed by Capizate.
- There must be distribution in place – contracts, agreements, MOUs, purchase orders, or LOIs to justify company financial projections and financial evaluation.
